Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance service includes the disassembly of your printer with a complete and thorough cleaning. Your printer is vacuumed and wiped clean of paper dust and toner. It is then inspected with specific attention given to the pick-up rollers, delivery rollers and fuser assembly. Upon completion we will provide a printed report that includes the serial number, page count, work performed and any future recommendations from the technician.
On-Site Repair Service
Our On-site service offers a unique 24 hour response from one of our qualified technicians. All on-site service includes preventative maintenance and a printer report free of charge (see above). All On-site service is guaranteed.
